Hiring of Training Providers for Technical and Vocational Trainings to the Youth of AJK

The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (AJK-TEVTA) invites qualified training providers to submit proposals for delivering technical and vocational training to the youth of Azad Jammu & Kashmir. This initiative aims to address unemployment by providing market-based quality training under the National Vocational Qualification Framework (NVQF) in collaboration with the National Vocational Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC). Items being procured: - Training services for youth technical and vocational education AJK-TEVTA will cover training costs, boarding, and lodging for candidates, while training providers are responsible for delivering quality training. The RFP is open to GST/NTN registered TVET institutes operating in public and private sectors across Pakistan. The RFP document is available before the closing date of 03-09-2026. A bid security of Rs. 200,000 in the form of CDR or Pay Order in favor of DDO TEVTA-AJK is required. The RFP document can be obtained by paying Rs. 1,000 via CDR or Pay Order. Proposals must be submitted by registered courier or authorized representatives to the Director (Projects) AJK-TEVTA Head Office, New Civil Secretariat (Block-6), Chatter Domain Muzaffarabad, or through email at chairman.tevta@gmail.com before 03-09-2026 14:00 hrs. Bids will be opened the same day at 14:30 hrs. Eligibility criteria and detailed terms are available in the RFP document. Late submissions will not be considered. Institutes blacklisted in AJK or Pakistan are ineligible. Bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with bid security requirements to avoid disqualification.
