Tender Description
The Mines Labour Welfare Girls High School located in Katha Miskal, District Khushab, is seeking to hire transport companies for the provision of bus services specifically for the students of the school. This procurement is managed by the Mines Labour Welfare Commissionerate Punjab based in Lahore. The tender invites companies registered with the Punjab E-Procurement System to submit bids for the provision of two Non-AC buses dedicated to the pick and drop of students.
Items being procured:
- Provision of Bus Services (02 Non-AC Buses) for student transportation
The scope of this service includes safe and timely transportation of students to and from the school premises. The companies must have valid NTN, GST, and PST registrations and must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System. Experience in transport services is mandatory. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014.
Interested firms must submit a 5% bid security amounting to Rs. 500,000 along with their technical and financial proposals by 11:00 AM on 11th August 2026 through the Punjab E-Procurement System portal. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day, with financial bids to be opened later for technically qualified firms. In case of a tie in financial proposals, the decision will be based on the technical score. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance under PPRA Rule clause 35.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed tender documents available on the Punjab E-Procurement System and PPRA website, which include route details and the number of students. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and submission on the Punjab E-Procurement System to avoid last-minute technical issues, as late submissions will not be entertained.
