Hiring of Transport Services for KoFHA Employees

The Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority (KoFHA) in Karachi, Sindh, is procuring hiring of transport services specifically for its employees. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and involves the provision of three vans for official use. The contract duration is one year, extendable for another year subject to satisfactory performance. The contract includes all applicable taxes, maintenance, repair costs, driver wages, insurance, and other expenses incidental to vehicle operation. POL (fuel) will be provided by KoFHA for the agreed routes, with reimbursement for any additional routes assigned. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have experience in the last five years with work orders and completion certificates, valid NTN and SRB certificates, income tax returns for the last three years, financial stability certificates, and a list of vehicles owned matching the required specifications. Affidavits regarding blacklisting, litigation history, and document authenticity on non-judicial stamp paper are mandatory. Vehicles must have valid fitness certificates and route permits. The bidding process follows a single stage one envelope procedure through EPADS v2.0, with bids submitted online by July 27, 2026, 12:00 PM. Bid security of PKR 200,000 is required. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Manual bid submissions are not accepted. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bid in compliance with PPRA rules.
