Hiring of Transport Services for Workers Welfare H/S School (Boys) Nishter Colony Lahore

Workers Welfare Higher Secondary School (Boys) Nishter Colony Lahore, operating under the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF) and Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab, invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from tax registered firms/companies for hiring of transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of the school for the years 2026-27 & 2027-28. Items being procured: - Hiring of 14 vehicles with seating capacity 62 for various routes including Quanchi-1 (12 KM, 58 students), Quanchi-2 (12 KM, 57 students), Ghazi Chowk (10 KM, 59 students), Chungi (8 KM, 59 students), Ashiana (32 KM, 68 students), Keray Wala (38 KM, 68 students), Suay Aasal (31 KM, 75 students), Jhulkey (24 KM, 75 students), 5 no stop Kahna (18 KM, 75 students), New Kahna (14 KM, 75 students), Dhoop Sari (12 KM, 75 students), Purana Kahna (18 KM, 73 students), Pindi Stop (22 KM, 72 students), Bagriyan (24 KM, 76 students). The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Bidders must register and submit bids electronically. A bid security of 2% of the estimated contract amount (Rs. 1,764,000/-) is required in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee. Vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later with valid certification from RTA or Motor Vehicle Examiner. The bidding follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with technical and financial bids submitted separately online. Eligibility requires firms to obtain at least 70% marks on technical evaluation and submit a Performance Guarantee of 5% of the total contract amount. All applicable government taxes must be included in the rates. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Divisional Director of Labour Welfare Lahore (South) ten days before the technical bid opening to clarify procurement system usage. The last date for online submission of bids is 24.09.2026 by 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 11:30 AM. Financial bids will be opened on 08.10.2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids not signed, stamped, or submitted late will not be considered. The Labour Welfare Office Lahore (South) will serve as the Cluster Center for bid opening proceedings.
