Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, Labour & HR Department invites electronic bids from tax registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare School (Boys) Evening, Labour Colony, near Gulshan e Usman, Rahim Yar Khan for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Items being procured: - 2 Vehicles: 1 Mazda 26 Seater for School to Punjab Seed Corporation-2 route (Seating Capacity 26, Distance 28 Km, Students 26) - 3 Vehicles: 1 Mazda 26 Seater for School to Punjab Seed Corporation-2 route (Seating Capacity 15, Distance 28 Km, Students 18) - 4 Vehicles: 1 Hiace 15 Seater for School to Chak 10 route (Seating Capacity 15, Distance 20 Km, Students 14) - 5 Vehicles: 1 Hiace 15 Seater for School to Chirya Ghar Chowk route (Seating Capacity 15, Distance 30 Km, Students 15) - 6 Vehicles: 1 Hiace 15 Seater for School to Shah di Wahi route (Seating Capacity 15, Distance 20 Km, Students 15) The procurement will be conducted through Punjab e-Procurement System. Vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in 2005 or later, with refurbishment certified by RTA or Motor Vehicle Examiner or third-party expert. Bidders must submit bids online by 24.09.2026 till 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m., and financial bids on 08.10.2026 at 11:00 a.m. Eligibility requires tax registration, 2% bid security, and 70% minimum technical qualification marks. Performance Guarantee in shape of CDR @ 5% of contract amount is required. One student per seat ratio will be observed. Labour Welfare Office, District Rahim Yar Khan will serve as Cluster Center for bid opening. Bids must be submitted online at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
