The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF), under the Labour & Human Resource Department Punjab, invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from tax registered firms/companies for hiring transport services to provide pick & drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare School (Girls) Warburton, District Nankana Sahib for the academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. This procurement is managed by the Punjab Workers Welfare Fund in Warburton, Punjab. Items being procured: - Hiring of 10 vehicles for transport services - Routes include Karyali (Nankana Road) to School, Warburton City via Village Chandi Kot to School, Mananwala (Dera Sultan) to School, Village Lagran via Kotwar to School, Amir Diamond Mill to School, Toll Plaza Kadlathi More Skp. to School, Kharianwala to School, Nawan Kot to School, Faisal Mill to School, National Feed Mill to School - Seating capacities range from 40 to 57 - Distances vary from 18 KM to 54 KM (double side) - Estimated 2% Bid Security: Rs. 13,60,000 The vehicles must be manufactured or refurbished in the year 2005 or later, with refurbishment certificates verified by the Regional Transport Authority (RTA) or Motor Vehicle Examiner (MVE) or a third-party independent expert. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal http://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must register on the portal to participate. Bids must be submitted electronically with a 2% bid security in the form of a Pay Order or CDR attached with the bid. No physical financial instruments will be accepted. Technical and financial bids will be submitted separately online. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Divisional Director of Labour Welfare ten days before the technical bid opening to clarify the e-procurement system usage. Firms must obtain at least 70% marks in technical evaluation to qualify. All rates must include applicable government taxes. The successful bidder must submit a Performance Guarantee of 5% of the total contract amount before signing the contract. One student per seat ratio will be observed. The Labour Welfare Office, District Nankana Sahib will serve as the Cluster Center to host bid opening proceedings. Bids must be submitted by 24.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 a.m. Financial bids will be opened on 08.10.2026 at 11:00 a.m. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is fully registered on the Punjab e-Procurement portal well in advance and prepare all required documents including bid security and refurbishment certificates to avoid disqualification due to incomplete submissions.
