Tender Description
Pakistan Single Window (PSW), based in Islamabad, is procuring comprehensive travel agency services to support its operational and official travel needs. This tender invites qualified travel agencies registered with International Air Transportation Association (IATA) and other relevant authorities to provide end-to-end travel management services including ticketing, visa processing, hotel and car rental bookings, and emergency travel support.
The scope covers international and domestic ticketing with multiple fare options, visa application handling with embassy coordination, travel insurance, and 24/7 dedicated personnel availability. Agencies must ensure timely delivery of visas and documents, assist with frequent flyer enrolments, and offer best fare promotions. Additional services include hotel and car rentals, tours, and leisure travel arrangements. Monthly reporting on bookings, expenditures, and service level compliance is required.
Eligible bidders must have a minimum of five years' experience, valid IATA certification, active FBR registration, and established offices in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. The tender follows a Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure with technical and financial bids submitted electronically via the EPADS portal. The bid securing declaration must be emailed before the technical bid opening deadline. The contract term is three years with possible extension based on performance.
The submission deadline is **02nd July 2026 by 1500 Hrs** at the Pakistan Single Window Procurement Department, Ground Floor, Nespak Building, G-5/2, Islamabad. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical bids with all mandatory documents including company profile, tax certificates, IATA license, experience proofs, and dedicated account manager details. A practical tip for bidders is to submit their bids a day early on EPADS to avoid last-minute technical issues and ensure timely delivery of the Bid Securing Declaration via email to procurement@psw.gov.pk to avoid disqualification.
