Hiring of Travel Agency for Provision of Domestic and International Air Tickets and Other Services by Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed bids/proposals from reputed IATA travel agents/agencies/companies/firms for the enlistment of licensed travel agents/agencies/companies/firms for provision of domestic & international air tickets and other services at the Head Office. These travel agencies having trained and experienced manpower with sufficient experience (minimum 3 years) of providing efficient travel agency services may apply. Interested Travel Agencies / Companies / Firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Authorities / Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and are on active taxpayer list, may submit their bids on E-PADS 2.0 under framework agreement (Competitive Bidding). Bidding via e-procurement under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, i.e. Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Therefore, interested firms should register themselves on the E-PADS 2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/register before the closing date of the tender and submit their bids accordingly. For registration/guidance/training on E-PADS 2.0, firms/individuals may contact EPADS on the UAN: 051-111-137-237 or through the website https://pprag.gov.pk/trainings. The travel agents/agencies/companies/firms should be registered members of IATA-accredited agencies & Department of Tourism Services (DTS) or the relevant provincial Ministry / Department & shall provide proof accordingly. The travel agents/agencies/companies/firms will submit a scanned copy of the bid(s)/proposals online on the E-PADS 2.0 on or before the date September 01, 2026, time 11:00 Hrs. Bids will be opened on the same date, i.e. September 01, 2026 at 11:30 hours.
