Hiring of Vehicles on Daily and Monthly Rental Basis for NESPAK Projects in Lahore

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) invites eligible suppliers to submit e-bids for the provision of vehicles on daily and monthly rental basis for NESPAK House located at 1-C, Block N, Model Town Extension, Lahore and its various projects. This procurement is specifically for vehicle rental services to support NESPAK's operational needs in Lahore and surrounding project sites. Items being procured: - Toyota Corolla XLI/Yaris (2014-2018, 2019-2022, 2023-2026 models) - Toyota Corolla GLI/Yaris (2014-2018, 2019-2022, 2023-2026 models) - Toyota Hilux/Vigo/Revo/Rocco (2014-2018, 2019-2022, 2023-2026 models) - Honda City/Alsvin/Swift (2014-2018, 2019-2022, 2023-2026 models) - Suzuki Wagon R (2014-2018, 2019-2022, 2023-2026 models) - Suzuki Cultus/Picanto (2014-2018, 2019-2022, 2023-2026 models) - Suzuki Every/Bolan (2014-2018, 2019-2022, 2023-2026 models) - Four wheels Mini SUV Jiminy etc (2014-2018, 2019-2022, 2023-2026 models) - Suzuki Alto (2018-2022, 2023-2026 models) - Suzuki Mehran (2014-2018) The scope includes provision of vehicles in excellent mechanical and body condition, equipped with working AC/Heater, necessary safety items, spare tire, mechanical jack, fire extinguisher, and comprehensive insurance coverage. Vehicles must not be older than 2014 model and should have tracking devices installed with reports shared as required. Drivers must be experienced, licensed, and trained, with responsibility for trip monitoring and logbook maintenance. The contract duration is initially one year, extendable for two more years based on satisfactory service. Eligibility criteria require suppliers to have a pool of at least 10 vehicles, be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR, and not be blacklisted by any government or autonomous body. Earnest money of Rs. 200,000/- in the form of pay order/CDR/Bank Draft is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and will be opened at NESPAK House, Lahore. The technical bid evaluation will consider experience with government or semi-government clients, vehicle condition, and compliance with terms. Rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and driver expenses except overtime, which must be quoted separately. NESPAK reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Public Procurement Rules 2004.
