Hiring of Vehicles Services on Rental Basis All Pakistan

The Center of Excellence for China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CoE-CPEC, PIDE) Islamabad invites reputed firms for hiring of vehicles services on rental basis across all Pakistan. This tender is aimed at establishing a Closed Framework Agreement for one year with firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments. The procurement is managed by the Center of Excellence China Pakistan Economic Corridor, Islamabad, ensuring a centralized and transparent process. Items being procured: - Local assembled 2020 1300 cc or car GLI or above equivalent - Local assembled 2020 APV van or seven above seater equivalent - 4x4 vehicle having 2017 passenger or capacity above of five or more - Toyota 2020 grand or cabin 13 above seater - Toyota 2020 Coaster or 25 seater above - Any other vehicle/services provided by Firm/Bidder The scope includes provision of vehicles on monthly, fortnightly, weekly, and daily basis with options of driver and fuel. Vehicles must be comprehensively insured, well-maintained, and equipped with working AC. The firm must ensure availability of at least 25 vehicles on any scheduled field visit day and provide GPS tracking records. The vehicles will be deployed from designated start points including Hyderabad, Karachi, Sukkur, Bahawalpur, DG Khan, Multan, Quetta, Gwadar, Sargodha, Sialkot, Lahore, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Peshawar, Abbottabad, Gilgit, Muzaffarabad, and Mirpur AJK. Eligibility criteria require firms to have at least three years of experience in similar services, valid NTN and GST registration, transport registration and fitness certificates, and must not be blacklisted. The bid security of Rs. 20,000/- in the form of a call deposit receipt is mandatory. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope by August 11, 2026, 11:00 hours, and will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of vendors. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid includes all required documents, especially the bid security and affidavit on legal e-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting. Also, provide clear rates for all vehicle categories with and without driver and fuel, inclusive of all taxes except toll charges. Timely submission and compliance with technical specifications will enhance your chances of success.
