Provision of Home Solar System at Multiple Locations in Balochistan by Energy Department

The Energy Department invites bids for the execution of home solar system installation works at various locations in Balochistan for the year 2026 under PSDP schemes. The procurement covers the provision and installation of solar energy systems at the following sites: - Provision of Home Solar System at Sibi, Bolan Kacchi under PSDP No.1848 Z2026.2317 - Home Solar System for Tehsil Qamardin Zhob under PSDP No.1800 Z2026.1092 - Home Solar System for Various Killi of District Pishin under PSDP No.1803 Z2026.1096 - Home Solar System for Tehsil Killasaiullah & Tehsil Muslim Bagh Killa Saifullah under PSDP No.1882 Z2026.3964 The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of solar home systems compliant with PEC C-6 category and specialized codes EE11(i) Solar, EE11(ii) Solar Energy, and EE11(iii) Solar Energy System. Bidders must have completed at least one similar assignment in the last three years with turnover thresholds of Rs. 7,000,000 for TSE Nos. 1-2 and Rs. 10,500,000 for TSE Nos. 3-4. Registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) and active taxpayer status is mandatory. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted as Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call.
