Tender Description
The Urban Planning and Development Department Quetta Division is procuring works for the installation of home solar systems in off-grid areas of Hazar Gangi Jabal Noor Pashtoon Bagh and other locations in Quetta. This tender also includes installation of solar street lights at multiple sites including Killi Shah Alam, Killi Nasran, Killi Abdullah Jan, Killi Sarakhala, and Killi Shabaq. Additionally, rehabilitation and construction works for bituminous roads, tuff tiles, sewerage drains, and solar street lights at Killi Alam Khan Quetta are part of the scope.
The procurement is based on the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023, Government of Balochistan, and targets contractors with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C-5 & 4 or above with relevant specialized codes. Firms must have renewal for the year 2025-26, be registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority, and be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. A minimum turnover for the last three years and completion of at least three similar assignments is required. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee of 3 to 4% must accompany the bid.
The last date for electronic bid submission is **2nd June 2026 till 09:00 AM** via the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will be on the same day at 09:30 AM on the EPPS system. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the BPPRA website. Tender processing fees of Rs. 3000/- and 2500/- must be deposited in government treasury through Green Challan Form at National Bank of Pakistan.
