Supply of Home Solar Systems in Bingo Basham and Gola Wah Sibi

The Local Government Rural Development Sibi invites electronic tender percentage rate bids based on the composite schedule of rates 2026 for the Government of Balochistan from interested contractors and firms for the supply and installation of home solar systems in Sibi district. The procurement includes the following items: - Home Solar System in Bingo Basham, Nala Khuda Baksh Bacha, Chukra, Their Birahmani, Peerak, Their Fateh Ali Sibi (PSDP.No.Z2026.3734) - Home Solar System in Gola Wah, Shahal Baghdar, Imam Baksh Deenari, Nindani, Tazi Singhani, Muhammad Jatt, Goth Ahmed Milhhani Talani, Sibi (PSDP.No.Z2026.3733) The works must be carried out in accordance with the Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 (amended to date). Eligibility criteria require valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and discipline. Bidders must have completed three similar assignments in the last three years and must complete the assignment within the scheduled time mentioned in the work order. The bidder must be present personally or through an authorized person with an authority letter on affidavit attested by oath commissioner. All required documents including original documents, green challan, bid security, ISO registration, and tax authorities registration must be submitted. Tender documents are issued to original contractors or authorized persons upon payment of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable) via green challan to the account of Govt Head (4172768757) at National Bank of Pakistan. The bid security and earnest money must be valid and accompanied by original engineering council certificates and income tax certificates (NTN). The last date for submission of documents electronically is 29-09-2026 at 10:00 AM. The tender opening will be on 29-09-2026 at 11:00 AM on the EPPS system. Submission of one set of attested documents copy and inquiries can be made at the Office of the Senior Assistant Director Local Government Sibi.
