Tender Description
The Medical Superintendent of THQ Hospital Khairpur Tamewali invites sealed bids from reputed individuals, firms, or agencies with a sound financial background for framework contracts of hospital parking and canteen services for the fiscal year 2026-27. This tender is specifically for the provision of auction services related to the hospital parking stand and canteen at THQ Hospital Khairpur Tamewali.

The technical scope includes the management and operation of the hospital parking stand using an electronically generated slip system and the operation of the hospital canteen. Bidders must have at least 12 months of active experience with the e-slip system for parking stand transactions. The bidding documents require a bid security valid for 120 days in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. The bid security amount is PKR 100,000 for the parking stand and PKR 50,000 for the hospital canteen.
Eligibility criteria include financial soundness, NTN registration certificate, and compliance with the Public Procurement Rules 2014 (amended 2016). Bids must be complete, sealed, signed, and stamped according to the specified rules. Taxes will be deducted as per government regulations.
