HT Steel Structures Size 45 Feet Galvanized

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO), Material Management, invites eligible manufacturers, suppliers, and authorized dealers to submit bids for galvanized high-tension steel utility structures measuring 45 feet. The procurement is funded under the financial year 2026-27 and will be processed through EPADS v2.0 under Tender No. 4405, contract identification P78064. The procuring office is the Chief Engineer, 22-A Queens Road, Lahore. Items and quantities are as follows: Item 1, HT Steel Structures Size 45 feet Galvanized, specification DDS-78:2008 as amended to date, quantity 1,500 Nos; Item 2, HT Steel Structures Size 45 feet Galvanized, specification DDS-78:2008 as amended to date, quantity 1,500 Nos. Each item is scheduled for delivery in three consignments of 500 Nos within 60 days, the next 500 Nos within the following 45 days, and the final 500 Nos within the next 45 days. Delivery locations include the LESCO Regional Store Shalamar, 132-KV Grid Station Walgon Sohail, and 132-KV Grid Station Pattoki. Materials must strictly comply with NGC or PPMC Standard Specification DDS-78:2008, including prototype approval, drawings, testing, inspection, markings, local manufacturing, and quality-control requirements. Prototype samples may be required before mass production, with testing and inspection costs borne by the supplier. The successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee equal to five percent of the contract price. Bidders must be registered with FBR for NTN and GSTN, remain active on the Active Taxpayer List, and be prequalified with LESCO, a DISCO, or a WAPDA formation for the relevant material category. A valid prototype approval or acceptable undertaking, past experience of at least one similar or higher-capacity contract, technical literature, ISO-18001 or ISO-45001 certification, no-blacklisting declaration, signed tender documents, integrity and compliance undertakings, and litigation information are required. Bid security of **PKR 7,500,000** is specified and must be submitted in an acceptable bank instrument. Electronic bids must be uploaded through EPADS v2.0 by **18 August 2026 at 10:30 AM**. Manual bids are not accepted, while the original bid security must reach 22-A Queens Road, Lahore before the deadline. Bids will open online at **11:00 AM on 18 August 2026**. Suppliers should register on EPADS early and verify prototype, delivery, and security documents before final submission.
