Tender Description
The Chief Minister's Secretariat, Quetta, is inviting bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of ICT equipment. This opportunity is open to firms with a proven track record in delivering similar projects, specifically those who have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature and complexity worth 8,000,000 PKR in the previous 3 years, and with an annual turnover of at least 12,000,000 PKR in 3 subsequent previous years. The procurement is being conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014, and all bidders must be on the Active Tax Payer List and possess valid sales tax certificates.
Items being procured:
- ICT Equipment (Network, surveillance devices, storage devices, Office Equipment) (Total Item(s) Count: 1)
The technical scope includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of network equipment, surveillance devices, storage solutions, and office IT equipment. All equipment must be new, genuine, and identifiable as per technical specifications with manufacturer documentation. Bidders must provide technical support, programming/configuration, troubleshooting, and warranty coverage for the offered products. Only authorized distributors or partners of the original equipment manufacturer are eligible to participate. The offered equipment must comply with all local laws and regulatory requirements, and bidders must not have any conflict of interest.
Bid security of 2% of the total bid value is required in the form of a Call Deposit. Only electronic bids will be accepted through the Balochistan PPRA e-procurement portal (www.bppra.gob.pk). No physical bids will be entertained. The deadline for bid submission is **2026-09-26** at 02:15 PM. Tender documents and further details can be obtained electronically from the same portal.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure you are registered on the Balochistan PPRA e-procurement system well before the deadline, as last-minute technical issues or incomplete registration can prevent successful bid submission. Double-check that your bid security is in the correct form and amount to avoid disqualification.
