Import of Parts of SEM

The International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences (ICCBS) at the University of Karachi invites sealed tenders from EPADS Vendors/Suppliers registered with the Sindh Revenue Board and Income Tax Department for the import of parts of Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) on CNF basis. The procurement will follow a Single Stage - One Envelope procedure through the EPADS system for the center located in Karachi. Items being procured: - Parts of SEM Bidders must obtain bidding documents from EPADS portal (www.portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk) or ICCBS website (www.iccs.edu). The documents must be signed and stamped, and earnest money must be submitted through EPADS as per the schedule. The original Bid Security Pay Order must reach the ICCBS Purchase Department before the bid submission deadline. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000/- is payable to United Bank Limited Account No. 1146-291497301 titled 'International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences Tender Account'. The original deposit slip or online deposit receipt must accompany the bid. Earnest money equivalent to 2% of the estimated bid value must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order in favor of the same tender account at the ICCBS Purchase Office. Alternate bids should be accompanied by separate pay orders for earnest money. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids subject to SPP Rule No. 25. The tender issuance period is from 24 August 2026 to 07 September 2026. Bids must be submitted by 08 September 2026 at 11:30 A.M. through EPADS, with opening at 12:00 Noon the same day. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the EPADS submission process and ensure all required documents, including earnest money and tender fee receipts, are properly submitted to avoid disqualification.
