Supply of Atomic Force Microscope and Photoluminescence Spectroscopy System

Government College University Lahore invites E-Bids on C&F Lahore basis for each Lot separately from firms, companies, general order suppliers, and manufacturers engaged in trading and registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, and having Professional Tax Certificate for the financial year 2026-2027 from Excise & Taxation Department. Bidders must be registered on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) and submit bids as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended) under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Lot #1: Atomic Force Microscope - Lot #2: Photoluminescence (PL) Spectroscopy System Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 1% of the estimated cost for each lot, submitted electronically on Punjab e-Procurement System. No physical financial instruments like CDR or Bank Guarantee will be accepted. Bids must be uploaded well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. The bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can also be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website. Eligibility requires relevant registration, tax compliance, and professional tax certificate. Bidders are advised to quote rates for each item separately; incomplete quotes will be considered nonresponsive. The lowest evaluated bidder will be selected based on cumulative quoted rates for the entire lot/package.
