Improvement and Blacktopping of 15-KM Roads including Swari Bypass Road and Extension of Battaga Akhun Kalay Road Buner

The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids through the E-PADS system for improvement and blacktopping works in Buner district. The tender covers the improvement and blacktopping of 15-KM roads including the construction and blacktopping of Swari Bypass Road and the construction, extension, and blacktopping of Battaga Akhun Kalay Road via Koz Shamnal. This is a sub-work of the ADP Scheme 150803 (MRS-2022). Items being procured: - PCC Road Ser Teraj U/C Meraqai Tehsil Chagharzai (Estimated Cost Rs. 5.65 Million) - PCC Road Main Road Wacha Dara U/C Matwani Tehsil Gagra (Estimated Cost Rs. 4.37 Million) The technical scope includes road construction and blacktopping works as per the work order. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act 2013 and hold valid PEC registration in category C-6 and above. Bidders must submit bid security as per KPPRA Notification No. SRO (26)/Vol: I-37/2024-25 dated 24-06-2026 and follow the instructions for submission via the E-PADS system. The last date for submission of bids is 20th October 2026 by 12:00 PM, with financial proposals opening on the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division-II Buner. Tender fees and bid security must be submitted in the form of separate CDRs. The bidding validity period is 90 days. The successful bidder will be required to sign the agreement within 28 days of acceptance.
