Construction and Rehabilitation of Roads in Mastung District

The C&W PP&H Department District Mastung invites bids from eligible contractors for the execution of road construction and rehabilitation works for the financial year 2026. The projects are based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Construction of retaining wall and rehabilitation of B/T road from Basham Check Post to Killi Muhammad Shahi Kanak (Tender No: TSE-2627091191853) - Rehabilitation and improvement of black top road Karez Qadi (Village) Sardar Allah Yar Khan Baduzai (Tender No: TSE-2627091192003) The scope includes construction and rehabilitation of roads and retaining walls in Mastung district, requiring experienced contractors with proven financial capacity. Bidders must be registered with Balochistan Revenue Authority and active in the Taxpayer List. The firm must not be blacklisted and should have completed at least one similar assignment with turnover of at least PKR 18,804,930 for the first work and PKR 13,928,111 for the second work in the last three years. Audit reports from ICAP registered auditors for the last three financial years are required. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer Road C&W PP&H Department District Mastung upon payment of PKR 1,000 for each scheme. The issuance of tender documents is from the publication date of the NIT until 28 September 2026 during office hours on working days. The last date for bid submission is 28 September 2026 till 10:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer Road C&W PP&H Department District Mastung.
