Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids on E-PADS from eligible firms and contractors in Buner district for multiple road improvement and construction projects under KP Public Procurement Rules 2014 amended till now.
Items being procured:
- Improvement & Blacktopping of 15-KM Roads including PCC Road Manerai UC Kalpani Tehsil Gagra (Rs. 5.58 Million)
- PCC Road Remaining Kabar Galy UC Bajkata Tehsil Gagra (Rs. 4.04 Million)
- PCC Road Keemyazara UC Mula Yousaf Tehsil Gagra (Rs. 6.51 Million)
- PCC Road Shadag UC Norizai Tehsil Gagra (Rs. 6.19 Million)

These works include road construction, blacktopping, and civil construction of a tehsil complex building. The projects are part of ADP schemes and require PEC registration in categories C-6 & above for roads and C-3 & above for building works. Bidders must be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and submit bid security as per KPRA rules.
The last date for submission of bids is 20th October 2026 by 12:00 PM, with financial proposals opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS system. The office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division-II Buner is the venue for bid opening.
