Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Highways Division Hyderabad invites bids for the Improvement of C.C / Paver Blocks in UC-83-84 TMC Tando Fazal, Taluka Rural District Hyderabad. This tender is specifically for contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and possessing valid registration up to June 2026. The scope includes civil works involving the improvement of concrete and paver blocks over a 24-month period in Hyderabad district.
The technical scope covers the supply and installation of C.C and paver blocks, site preparation, and related civil works. Contractors must demonstrate experience with at least three similar projects completed in the last five years, each amounting to at least 80% of the estimated cost, supported by completion certificates. Firms must also provide audited financial statements from ICAP-registered auditors for the last three years, a list of machinery and equipment, bank creditworthiness certificates, and valid tax registrations with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board.

Earnest Money in the form of a 5% bid security in call deposit from a scheduled bank is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement system before 09:00 AM on 4th May 2026. The technical bids will be opened at 10:00 AM the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer, Highways Division Hyderabad, SRTC Colony opposite State Life Building.
