Tender Description
The Executive Engineer Buildings Division Hyderabad is procuring the improvement of cement concrete (C.C) and paving blocks at various Union Councils (UCs 124 and 125) of TMC Shahlatifabad and TMC Hussainabad Taluka Latifabad District Hyderabad. This project involves extensive civil works focused on enhancing the infrastructure of these areas through quality paving and concrete block laying. The contract duration is 24 months, ensuring ample time for thorough execution and completion.
The technical scope includes the supply and installation of C.C and paving blocks at multiple sites within the specified UCs. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, specifically C-6 or above, and must demonstrate experience with similar works amounting to at least 80% of the estimated cost. Firms are required to submit detailed technical bids including CVs of engineering staff, audited financial reports from ICAP-registered firms for the last three years, and proof of machinery ownership or rental. A bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a call deposit receipt (CDR) is mandatory.
The tender documents can be downloaded from the official website http://portalsindh.eprocure.gov.pk/. The non-refundable tender fee is PKR 3000. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS system before 09:00 AM on 4th May 2026. The technical bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer Buildings Division Hyderabad, Shahbaz Building near Excise & Taxation Department. Physical bids will not be accepted.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all pages of the technical proposal are paginated, signed, and attested by the firm's owner with the company stamp.
