Improvement of Motorable Roads for Juloos Routes at Masjid-e-Mustafa and Imam Bargahs Bughti Goth UC Pipri Karachi

The Town Municipal Corporation Gadap Karachi is procuring improvement works for motorable roads specifically for juloos routes at Masjid-e-Mustafa, Dargah Imam Bargah Nad-e-Ali, Imam Bargah and Bintul Hussain Imam Bargah Bughti Goth UC Pipri. This project involves civil works including excavation, laying of RCC pipes with rubber joints, refilling trenches, manufacturing and supplying precast RCC ring slabs and manhole covers, and construction of manholes. The scope covers road base course laying and related infrastructure to ensure safe and durable roads for religious processions in Karachi. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category, possess valid Sindh Revenue Board registration, NTN certificate, and have at least five years of relevant experience. Financial capacity with a turnover of at least PKR 4 million over the last five years is required. Bidders should have completed similar works of at least 80% of the estimated cost or two works each of 50% of the estimated cost. Electrical license is required where applicable. Earnest money of 5% of the bid price and a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 2000 must accompany the bid.
