Improvement and Rehabilitation of Road Infrastructure in 05 Town Municipal Corporation in District Central Karachi - Package 03

The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation Engineering Department invites bids for the Improvement and Rehabilitation of Road Infrastructure in 05 Town Municipal Corporation (TMC) in District Central, Karachi under Package 03. The project includes the following key road works: - Improvement and rehabilitation of road from Qalandria Chowk to Sakhi Hasan, TMC North Nazimabad - Improvement and rehabilitation of road at 2300 Road Be-Amma Road, TMC New Karachi - Improvement and rehabilitation of patch work at 4000 Road Haider Ali Road, TMC New Karachi The scope covers dismantling of existing asphalt and cement concrete roads, earth excavation, cartage of materials, preparation of sub-base and base courses, application of priming and tack coats, laying of asphalt concrete binder and wearing courses, and ancillary works including road studs and pavement markings. Sewerage system works include excavation, pipe laying, manhole construction, and cleaning of sewer lines. Median, footpath, and island works involve precast edge blocks and painting. Drainage works include excavation, concrete works, and de-silting of storm water drains. Water leakage repairs and ancillary works such as cat eyes and thermoplastic paint are also included. The project is funded under Provincial ADP #1766/2026-27 with an estimated cost of Rs. 415,935,800. Bidders must be registered with PEC in category C-3 or above with relevant disciplines, registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board, and meet the eligibility criteria including financial and technical qualifications. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, and tender cost is Rs. 5,000. Bids shall be submitted online via the SPPRA e-Procurement System (EPADS) by 25-08-2026 at 11:00 AM.
