Tender Description

The Karachi Metropolitan Corporation Engineering Department invites bids for the Improvement and Rehabilitation of Road, Sewerage Work and Fixing of Paver Block near Nagan Chowrangi North Karachi District Central. This project involves comprehensive civil works including excavation, laying of RCC pipes, construction of manholes, road base preparation, asphalt paving, and installation of cement paving blocks. The scope covers road and sewerage infrastructure improvements with detailed technical specifications and drawings provided by the department. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and possess valid NTN and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) registration certificates. Experience in similar government projects with a minimum annual turnover equivalent to the project cost is mandatory. Bidders should submit a technical bid including company profile, equipment list, and staff qualifications along with a financial bid. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 5% of the estimated cost is required in the form of a pay order. The tender documents are available for download from the SPPRA Sindh e-Procurement system (EPADS). Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS portal by 28-04-2026 at 11:00 AM. The technical and financial bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 AM.
