The project demands high-quality materials and adherence to municipal standards for infrastructure rehabilitation. Eligible bidders must possess a valid PEC License in Category C-3 or above with relevant specialization codes (CE01, CE09, CE10). They must also be registered with FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Experience in similar works with at least 80% of the estimated cost is required. Annual audit reports and a proposed construction schedule must be submitted.
