Improvement and Rehabilitation of Sewerage and Drainage System with Water Supply Lines Replacement and Street Lighting in Korangi Karachi

Town Municipal Corporation Korangi Karachi invites experienced and eligible contractors for the improvement and rehabilitation of sewerage and drainage system, replacement of water supply lines, installation of street lights, and carpet/paver work in various areas of Korangi Karachi. The project is funded under the Annual Development Programme (ADP) Scheme by the Government of Sindh with an estimated cost of **PKR 250 million**. Items being procured: - Improvement/Rehabilitation of Sewerage/Drainage System - Laying/Replacement of Water Supply Lines - Installation of Street Lights - Carpeting/Paver Work The work covers UC Zia Colony, UC-04, Qayoomabad, and religious minority areas of Christian Town, UC Chakra Goth, UC-11, PS-95 Korangi Town Karachi. The technical scope includes laying sewerage and drainage networks, water supply line networks, road network improvements, and installation of 119 tubular poles with LED lights (125 watts) at specified locations. The project aims to restore and improve essential public facilities and ensure smooth movement and access to external roads. Eligibility criteria require contractors to have an Income Tax Registration Certificate, Sindh Revenue Board Registration, PEC registration C-2 or above, Electrical License, and engineers registered with PEC. Firms must have a bank credit line limit of at least 200 million PKR. Experience requirements vary from 6 to 15 years with a minimum of 5 works in the last 3 years, depending on years of experience. Financial capability and tax compliance documents are mandatory. The tender follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure.
