Improvement/Rehabilitation of Street No 83 Sector I-8/4 Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority Road Division-I Islamabad invites electronic bids from eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council, holding valid Registration Certificate in category C-6 or above with Project Code CE-01 for the year 2026-27. The procurement is for the improvement and rehabilitation of Street No 83 Sector I-8/4 Islamabad. Items being procured: - Improvement/Rehabilitation of Street No 83 Sector I-8/4 Islamabad The scope includes detailed civil works for street improvement and rehabilitation as per the specifications and quantities provided in the bidding documents. Bidders must demonstrate eligibility and qualification as outlined in the bidding documents. Bidding will be conducted under Rule 36(a) Single-Stage, One-Envelope Procedure of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA E-PADS Portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. No hard copy will be issued. Only firms registered on E-PADS are eligible. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 131,100/- in the form of Pay Order/CDR in favor of Deputy Director Road Division-I, CDA. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded on E-PADS (PDF format) and the original submitted to the office of Deputy Director Road Division-I, CDA along with attested copies of valid PEC registration certificate, CNIC, and Tax registration certificate on or before the bid opening date. Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS strictly as per instructions in the bidding documents by 24.08.2026 at 11:30 hrs. Manual bids will not be entertained. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 Noon in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized representatives of bidders at the office of Director Roads, CDA Islamabad. Firms providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information will face legal action and disqualification. The Authority reserves the right to reject all bids as per PPRA Rules, 2004.
