(28 Nos) - Providing & fixing Magnetic Contractor FC80N (14 Nos) - Providing & fixing 10 Amps Photo cell (National Japan) after removing existing damaged photo cells (2000 Nos) - Providing and fixing LED street light 150 Watt Aluminum die cast IP-66 with powder coated housing with at least 150 lm/watt and CRI 70 or more with 10KV SPD and 3 years replacement warranty (230 Nos) - Providing ABC connector suitable for 8 16mm ABC bundle cable (496 Nos) - Laying ABC bundle cable two core 16mm Aluminum Conductor (7000 Mtr) - Providing and fixing set of Shackle insulator, D iron clamp (GI), U clamp with nuts bolts and washers (190 Jobs) - Construction of RCC foundation for 31ft/40ft long tubular poles - Dismantling of RCC work of existing New Jersey barrier and cutting the wall - Painting of street light/high mast poles with two coats of ICI oil paint (198 Nos) - Providing & fixing distribution board 18"x16"x6" with locking arrangement and bus bar (9 Nos) - Dismantling of street light fitting 250 watts with hydraulic crane including transportation (216 Nos) - Repairing of existing CC collar variable size with ratio 1:2:4 (7 days curing) The technical scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of electrical components such as PVC insulated cables, MS tubular poles, GI arms, circuit breakers, magnetic contractors, photo cells, LED street lights, and associated accessories. The work also involves civil works including RCC foundations, dismantling of existing structures, and painting of poles. All works shall be executed under the supervision of the Electrical Inspector and Engineer Incharge as per specifications and site instructions. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration in C-5, EE-06 or above, NTN certificate, active tax payer status, Sindh Revenue Board registration, valid Electric Contractors License from Electrical Inspector Sindh (Karachi Region), and a PEC registered engineer on staff. Experience of similar works in the last five years is mandatory with proof of work orders and completion certificates. Financial soundness is verified by bank statements showing minimum annual turnover not less than the estimated cost. The bid security is 5% of the estimated cost and the tender cost is Rs. 5,000.
