The site is located in Karachi's District South, requiring experienced contractors with valid PEC registration in category C-6 or EE-06 and above, NTN and SRB registration, valid electrical contractor license from the Government of Sindh, and proof of PEC registered engineer on staff. Contractors must have executed similar works in the last five years with financial soundness demonstrated by bank statements and turnover matching the estimated cost.
