The work involves civil foundation construction, electrical wiring, pole erection, and replacement of old fittings with energy-efficient LED lights. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have valid PEC registration in categories C-6 or EE-06 and above, NTN certificate, Sindh Revenue Board registration, valid electrical contractor license from the Government of Sindh (Karachi Region), and a PEC registered engineer on staff. Bidders must demonstrate experience with similar works executed in the last five years, with at least one contract equivalent to 80% of the estimated cost or two contracts equivalent to 50% each. Financial soundness is verified through a minimum annual turnover matching the estimated cost, supported by bank statements.
