Improvement and Rehabilitation of Various Roads in Gojra City under Punjab Cities Program (PCP)

Municipal Committee Gojra (MC Gojra) invites E-Bids by uploading PDF files from Contractors, Firms, Manufacturers, and Authorized dealers registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and registered with FBR, PRA, PPA, and PPRA for the E-Procurement on the e-PADS system. Items being procured: - Improvement/Rehabilitation of Suigass Line Road from Mochi Road to Jhang Road and Base Line Road from Jhang Road to Hafeez Park Road Gojra - Improvement/Rehabilitation of Housing Colony Road from Samundri Road to Dijkot Road via Chimni Pir Road Gojra - Improvement/Rehabilitation of Annamia Colony & Model Town Road from Pensara Road to Doongi Ground Mehdi Mohalla Gojra - Improvement/Rehabilitation of Lakkar Mandi Road and Gaddam Road Gojra The works involve rehabilitation and improvement of key roads in Gojra city under the Punjab Cities Program. All bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities and submit bids online through the e-PADS portal. The bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of Municipal Committee Gojra. The original bid security instrument (3% of the estimated cost) must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the bidding document number and title. The bidding schedule is as follows: E-Bids submission and opening will be held on 28 October 2026 at 12:00 PM and 02:30 PM respectively for all lots. The bids will be valid for 120 days. The Procuring Authority reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. Bidders are advised to ensure uploading the bid on the E-PADS portal well before the submission deadline. Bid submission on E-PADS portal is the responsibility of the bidder.
