Upgradation and Conversion of Abandoned Restaurant into Electrical Maintenance Facility at HQPAA, Terminal-I, JIAP, Karachi

The Ministry of Defense / Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the upgradation and conversion of an abandoned restaurant into an Electrical Maintenance Facility at HQPAA, Terminal-I, Jinnah International Airport, Karachi. This procurement is for works including civil, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC services to transform the facility to meet operational requirements. Bidders must submit bid securing declaration and comply with all bidding document requirements. The contract duration is 3 months with a fixed price of approximately Rs. 9.6 million.
