Improvement & Solarization of Existing Sump Wells and Pump House at Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I.Khan

Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I.Khan under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigation Department invites bids from approved contractors registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license for the Financial Year 2026-27. The tender concerns the improvement and solarization of existing sump wells and pump house at Disty-5(A) and augmentation of Takarwah & Kot Hafiz Disties from PS-2 (Awan Nullah) in District D.I.Khan. Items being procured: - Improvement & Rehabilitation / Refurbishment of Pumping Station No. II under the jurisdiction of Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I.Khan The technical scope includes rehabilitation and refurbishment of pumping station infrastructure, installation of solar energy systems including solar panels, solar pumping inverters, pumps, and motors. All materials and equipment must conform to approved specifications notified by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must provide a detailed program showing the sequence of work and timelines including site surveys, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning. Eligibility requires PEC registration in category C-6 & above, with relevant project codes EE 11 (Full) or EE11(iii) for Solar Energy system and EE11(vi) for Solar Installation, or CE 10 (Full) or CE 10 (vii) & ME 07 (Full) or ME 07 (v). Bidders must be registered with KPK Revenue Authority and submit 2% earnest money plus stamp duty of the estimated cost.
