Repair and Maintenance Works at Kohat University of Science and Technology Main Campus and Hangu Campus

Kohat University of Science and Technology (KUST) invites sealed tenders from eligible government contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for repair and maintenance works at its Main Campus and Hangu Campus in Kohat. The procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) rules 2014, amended from time to time. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance works at KUST Main Campus - Repair and maintenance works at Hangu Campus The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance activities across the university campuses, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to specifications. Contractors must hold a valid PEC license of category C-6 or above and provide a bid security of Rs. 485,660/- (2% of estimated cost) in the form of call deposit or CDRs. Bidding documents and instructions can be obtained from the office of the Director Works or downloaded from the KPPRA EPADS web portal before the submission deadline. Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal at https:/kp.eprocure.gov.pk. Original bid security must be submitted physically to the office of the undersigned. No bids will be entertained without submission via E-PADS. The bid opening will take place on 29-09-2026 at 11:00 AM for submission and 11:30 AM for opening.
