Solarization and Street Construction Works under Karak Area Development Project

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Banda Daud Shah District Karak invites sealed tenders for various development works under the Karak Area Development Project (KADP fund) for the fiscal year 2025-26. Items being procured: - Solarization of Masjid/Madrassa at Tehsil Karak (Estimated Cost: Rs. 5.00 Million) - Installation/Solarization of Pressure Pumps at Tehsil Karak (Estimated Cost: Rs. 5.00 Million) - Installation of Solarized Pressure Pumps/Existing Pressure Pumps/Hand Pumps at various locations in PK-97 on a need basis (Estimated Cost: Rs. 15.00 Million) - Installation of Solarized Pressure Pumps/Existing Pressure Pumps/Hand Pumps at various locations in PK-97 Karak on a need basis package-01 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 10.00 Million) - Installation of Solarized Pressure Pumps/Existing Pressure Pumps/Hand Pumps at various locations in PK-97 Karak on a need basis package-02 (Estimated Cost: Rs. 10.00 Million) - Construction of Streets at Various Union Councils in PK-97 Karak on a need basis (Package-03) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 20.00 Million) The scope includes solarization works for religious and community facilities, installation of pressure pumps, and street construction across multiple union councils. Contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in category C-6 or above for FY 2026-27, be enlisted with the Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar, and have active registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and KPRA for 2026-27. Submission of CNIC and other documentary evidence is mandatory. Bidders must submit bids electronically via EPADs by 12:00 hours on 05.10.2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 hours at the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Banda Daud Shah. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR is required. Physical copies of bids signed by the contractor must also be submitted to the office.
