Improvement of Trenches by Providing Paver Blocks at PECHS UC-01 and UC-02, TMC Chanesar, Karachi

Town Municipal Corporation Chanesar District East Karachi invites bids for the improvement of trenches by providing paver blocks at two locations in PECHS UC-01 and UC-02 within TMC Chanesar, District East, Karachi. Items being procured: - Improvement of trenches by providing paver blocks from House No. 161-G, Block-03, PECHS UC-02 - Improvement of trenches by providing paver blocks from House No. 43-3/C to 43-3/E, Block-06, PECHS UC-01 The works include earth excavation of roadside nalies, carriage of materials such as stone, aggregate, coal lime, surkhi, bricks, tiles, timber, and fuel wood, preparation of sub-base with well-graded pit or bed run gravel, providing and laying aggregate base course, fixing cement paving blocks of specified size and strength, and installation of precast kerb stones. The technical scope requires compliance with AASHTO standards and use of materials with specified strength and compaction. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration in category C-6 or above with specialization CE01, active FBR/SRB registration, bank statements for the last five years, a project team with at least three engineers, minimum bank turnover of PKR 5 million, audited accounts from an internationally affiliated audit firm, and no blacklisting or litigation history.
