The Communication and Works Department Torghar is procuring improvement, widening, and PCC works on black topped roads in the Hazara Division. The technical scope includes civil construction works involving road rehabilitation, blacktopping, widening, and pavement concrete cement (PCC) application. The works are to be executed in Torghar district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, requiring contractors with valid PEC registration in categories C-4 and C-6 depending on the specific road section.
