Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department Torghar is procuring improvement, widening, and PCC works on black topped roads in the Hazara Division. This tender covers multiple road sections including Bartooni Road (8 Kms), After Kopra Akazai Road (5 Kms), Tilli Syedan Road (1 Km), and the road from Naraza Bartooni to Gatta Baig (1 Km). The technical scope includes civil construction works involving road rehabilitation, blacktopping, widening, and pavement concrete cement (PCC) application. The works are to be executed in Torghar district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, requiring contractors with valid PEC registration in categories C-4 and C-6 depending on the specific road section. Contractors must also hold valid registration with the Communication and Works Department and demonstrate relevant experience in road construction and rehabilitation projects.
