Indigenous Development and Supply of A-Veh PCBs and Electronic Assemblies

**Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT), Advance System Rebuild Factory (ASRF)** invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for indigenous development and supply of printed circuit boards and associated electronic assemblies for A-Veh. The requirement is offered as one package, with contract award to one most advantageous firm. Prototype qualification, technical evaluation, documentation, testing support, and subsequent bulk delivery are included within the scope. Suppliers must provide technical proposals, financial proposals, bid security, technical data, drawings, schematics, acceptance test procedures, BOMs, Gerber and related design files where applicable, test benches or jigs, training, troubleshooting support, and long-term logistics support. Registered firms should attach HIT registration, NTN documentation, eligibility certification, and evidence of relevant experience. Bid security is 2% for registered or indexed firms and 5% for unregistered or un-indexed firms; a **Rs. 2,000** postal order is also required. Offers must remain valid for 180 days. Submit one original and certified copies in three separately sealed envelopes inside one large envelope to the Deputy Assistant Director, EM Branch, ASRF, **Heavy Industries Taxila, Taxila Cantt**, by **26 August 2026 at 1100 hours**. Technical bids open at **1130 hours** the same day. Ensure the CDR amount is correctly placed and all pages are signed and stamped.
