Provision of Indoor and Outdoor Plants and Gardening Services on Rental Basis at SNGPL Lahore Offices

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore office invites bids for the provision of indoor and outdoor plants on rental basis along with maintenance and gardening services at multiple locations including Head Office, Shaheen Complex, LDA Plaza, Passco Building, VIP Mess, and SNGTI in Lahore. The contract is initially for one year with a possibility of extension by mutual consent. The scope includes provision of gardeners/malis, supply of approximately 500 assorted healthy indoor plants in earthen pots, and upkeep of lawns and concrete planters with seasonal flowers. Gardening staff will work Monday to Saturday with uniforms provided. Services include daily cleaning, watering, trimming, fortnightly insecticide spraying, replacement of unhealthy plants, and mowing of grass. The contractor must ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain discipline at sites, and provide protective gear to workers. Bidders must be registered with FBR, GST, PST, and professional tax authorities and provide valid Social Security and EOBI certificates. A bid bond of PKR 94,075 is required along with a performance bond of 10% of the annual contract value. The contract period is one year, extendable on agreed terms. Payment will be made within 30 days of bill submission through crossed cheque. The tender closing date is 9th June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with public opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bids must be submitted in duplicate to the General Manager (Admin) at SNGPL, 5th Floor, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore.
