Framework Agreement for Turnkey Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Services of Renewable Solution - Terminals & Small Facilities

This Framework Agreement invites qualified contractors to provide Turnkey Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Services for Renewable Solutions including solar, wind, and hybrid power plants at terminals and small facilities managed by PSO Renewable Energy Private Limited in Karachi. The agreement covers comprehensive O&M services including preventive and corrective maintenance, performance monitoring, HSE compliance, and training of Company personnel. Items being procured: - Turnkey O&M Services for Renewable Solution Power Plants - Operation and maintenance of inverters, cables, electrical equipment, distribution panels, pipelines, structures, electrical rooms, battery storage, machinery, and vehicles - Provision of O&M spare parts inventory - Preparation and submission of O&M plans, reports, and performance documentation - Training of Company personnel in operation and maintenance The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, technical standards including IEC standards, and Company HSE policies. PEC licensed professional engineers and qualified technical staff must supervise the services. The contractor is responsible for all equipment, tools, labor, and consumables required for the services. Performance guarantees and integrity pacts are mandatory. The contract term is up to three years with possible extensions. Payment will be made quarterly against verified invoices and reports. Eligibility requires PEC registration in relevant categories, FBR/ATL registration, and compliance with anti-corruption laws. The contractor must provide a performance guarantee of 10% of contract value. Key dates and submission details will be provided in the Call-off Contract. Bidders should ensure thorough site visits and understanding of site conditions before bidding.
