Inspection, Maintenance, Spare Parts Replacement, Testing & Commissioning of Existing Marine Loading Arm (MLA) at SLL Port Qasim Terminal

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC) invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the inspection, maintenance, spare parts replacement, testing, and commissioning of the existing Marine Loading Arm (MLA) installed at SLL Port Qasim Terminal, Karachi. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure on a complete package basis. Items being procured: - Inspection of Marine Loading Arm (MLA) - Maintenance of Marine Loading Arm (MLA) - Spare Parts Replacement for Marine Loading Arm (MLA) - Testing of Marine Loading Arm (MLA) - Commissioning of Marine Loading Arm (MLA) The scope covers all technical and operational aspects required to ensure the MLA is fully functional and compliant with safety and operational standards at the Port Qasim Terminal site. Bidders must prepare technical and financial proposals as per the tender documents, which include detailed instructions, evaluation criteria, and contractual terms. A fixed bid bond of Rs Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand (750,000) in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of SSGC LPG Limited is mandatory. No bid will be entertained without earnest money. The tender documents include sections on technical proposal, instructions to bidders, scope of services, contractor responsibilities, evaluation criteria, terms and conditions, and financial proposal with BOQ. The bids will be publicly opened at 03:30 hrs on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized agents.
