Procurement of Air Compressors for PSO Operations Locations

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the procurement of air compressors to be supplied at multiple operational locations across Pakistan. This tender covers supply, installation, and commissioning of brand new, unused industrial air compressors suitable for continuous or intermittent operation of pneumatic diaphragm pumps. The locations include Keamari Terminal, Chakpirana Depot, Machike Installation, Mehmoodkot Installation, Sihala Installation, Shikarpur Installation, Tarujabba Depot, and Zulfiqarabad Oil Terminal (Zot Installation). Items being procured: - Air Compressor for Keamari Terminal (1 unit) - Air Compressor for Chakpirana Depot (1 unit) - Air Compressor for Machike Installation (1 unit) - Air Compressor for Mehmoodkot Installation (1 unit) - Air Compressor for Sihala Installation (1 unit) - Air Compressor for Shikarpur Installation (1 unit) - Air Compressor for Tarujabba Depot (1 unit) - Air Compressor for Zulfiqarabad Oil Terminal (1 unit) The compressors must have a minimum capacity of 2,300 Ltr/min at 8 bar(g) with automatic capacity/pressure control, VSD or equivalent technology, and a motor rating of at least 15 kW (20 HP). Electrical supply is 400/415 V, 3/1 Phase, 50 Hz. Equipment must comply with ISO 1217 or equivalent standards and have IP55 or higher rating for electrical enclosures. Air treatment accessories including air dryer, filters, aftercooler, and moisture separator are mandatory. Cooling systems must be suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from 10°C to 45°C. Each compressor shall have a nameplate with manufacturer details and FXA number provided by PSO. The supplier is responsible for transportation, loading, unloading, installation, and commissioning at the specified locations free of cost within 12 months of supply. Inspection by PSO representatives at the vendor's Karachi facility is required before dispatch. Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for one year from commissioning or 18 months from delivery, whichever is earlier. Penalties apply for delayed delivery at 0.1% per day up to 10% of the purchase order value. Bid security of Rs. 100,000/- is required. Interested bidders must submit a duly signed and stamped clause-by-clause technical compliance sheet along with their bids. Delivery is expected within 100 days after issuance of the purchase order.
