Installation of 10 KW Hybrid Solar PV System at Government Degree College TakhtBhai Mardan

The Higher Education Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through Government Degree College TakhtBhai Mardan, is procuring the installation of a 10 KW Hybrid Solar PV System including battery backup. This project is located in Mardan and aims to solarize the BS Academic Block to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability. The technical scope includes supply, transportation, and installation of the solar system with all necessary components. The contractor must ensure compliance with specifications and provide genuine, original branded imported items supported by relevant documents. The installation site is the college premises, and the system will serve as a hybrid power source. Eligible bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with the FBR and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Experience in similar solar projects and PEC registration is advantageous. Blacklisted firms are not eligible and must submit an affidavit of non-blacklisting. The bid submission deadline is 22nd June 2026 by 12:00 PM via the EPADS online system. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 2:30 PM in the college administration block hall. Bidders must upload scanned copies of bids and mandatory documents on EPADS and submit original bid security in the form of CDR, DD, Pay Order, or Banker's cheque in the name of Principal GDC TakhtBhai Mardan. Hand, post, courier, email, or fax submissions are not accepted. A practical tip for bidders is to register early on the EPADS portal to obtain a unique username and password, ensuring timely submission. Also, carefully prepare the bid security and technical documents to avoid disqualification. Rates must include all taxes as deductions will be made as per law.
