Installation of 2000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 24" Dia at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phase 6)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of a 2000 RFT reinforced cement concrete (R.C.C) pipeline of 24 inch diameter at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phase 6) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and requires bidders to comply with Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2010 (Amended). Items being procured: - Installation of 2000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 24" Dia at UC-158 Village Muhammad Bux Shoro (Phase 6) The scope includes dismantling cement concrete, excavation in hard soils, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, laying RCC pipes of ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B, cement concrete brick or stone ballast, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, refilling excavated trenches, and cement concrete plain works. The contract duration is 12 months. Bidders must have active taxpayer status on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and demonstrate experience with at least two similar completed works and two ongoing projects. Financial soundness must be supported by bank statements for the last three years. An affidavit on E-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting, no litigation, and no abandoned works is mandatory. Technical staff and equipment availability as per bidding documents is required. Tender documents can be downloaded from the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- must be submitted via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will be held on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is minimum 90 days from the date of opening. Conditional, incomplete, or unsigned bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Any attempt to influence the procurement process will lead to disqualification and blacklisting under Rule 35.
