Installation of 2000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 18 Inch Dia in UC-155, Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phase-1)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of 2000 RFT R.C.C pipe line 18 inch diameter in UC-155, Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phase-1). This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, District Hyderabad. The procurement is conducted through Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. Items being procured: - Installation of 2000 RFT R.C.C pipe line 18 inch diameter The scope includes excavation in hard soils, laying and jointing RCC pipes with rubber rings, refilling trenches, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, reinforced cement concrete works, fabrication of steel reinforcement, and supplying/manufacturing RCC manhole covers. The contract duration is 12 months. Bidders must have active taxpayer status on FBR ATL, valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board, NTN and Sales Tax certificates, and demonstrate experience with at least two similar completed works and two ongoing projects. Financial soundness must be supported by bank statements for the last three years. An affidavit on e-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation is mandatory. Tender fee of Rs.3000/- is non-refundable and payable via Pay Order/Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit/Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only; manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will be held on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
