Installation of 2000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 18 Inch Dia in UC-155, Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phase-2)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of 2000 RFT R.C.C pipe line 18 inch diameter in UC-155, Village Sajan Detho TMC Qasimabad (Phase-2). This procurement is managed by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Hyderabad. The project involves installation of reinforced cement concrete pipeline with all associated civil works as per the detailed Bill of Quantities. Items being procured: - Installation of 2000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 18 inch diameter - Dismantling cement concrete plain 1:2:4 - Excavation for pipeline in trenches and pits in hard soils - Providing fence guards, lights, flags and temporary crossings - Providing, laying RCC pipes ASTM C-76-62 Class II wall B - Cement concrete brick or stone ballast 1 1/2" to 2" gauge - Reinforced cement concrete work including all labor and materials - Fabrication of deformed steel reinforcement - Manufacturing & supplying of R.C.C manhole cover - Refilling excavated material in trenches - Cement concrete plain including placing, compacting, finishing and curing The technical scope includes all excavation, laying, jointing, testing, refilling and finishing works as per specifications. Bidders must have valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, Sindh Revenue Board registration, and active taxpayer status on FBR ATL. Minimum two similar completed works in last two years and two ongoing projects of similar nature are required. Financial soundness must be demonstrated by bank statements for last three years. Affidavit on E-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation is mandatory. Tender documents are available on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) e-procurement portal. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- is payable via Pay Order/Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required in the form of Call Deposit/Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS only. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid opening will be held on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in presence of Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. The bid validity period is minimum 90 days. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules. Integrity Pact must be signed for contracts exceeding prescribed limits.
