Installation of 3000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 24" Dia at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 4)

Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of a 3000 RFT reinforced cement concrete (R.C.C) pipeline of 24 inch diameter at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 4) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Items being procured: - Installation of 3000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 24" Dia at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 4) The scope includes excavation in hard soils, laying RCC pipes with rubber ring joints, refilling trenches, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, reinforced cement concrete work, fabrication of steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, and related civil works. The contract duration is 12 months. Bidders must be registered with FBR (Active Taxpayer List), Sindh Revenue Board, and possess valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates. They must have completed at least two similar works in the last two years and have two ongoing projects of similar nature. Financial soundness must be demonstrated by submitting bank statements for the last three years. An affidavit on E-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting, no litigation, and no abandoned works is mandatory. Technical staff and equipment availability as per bidding documents is required. Work methodology and execution plan must be provided. Tender fee of Rs.3000/- is non-refundable and payable via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Deposit Fund HMC. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit, Pay Order, or Bank Draft in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. Bids must remain valid for 90 days. Conditional or incomplete bids will be rejected. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of SPPRA Rules.
