Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites Electronic Bids (E-Bids) from eligible and qualified contractors/firms for the installation of 3000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 24" Dia at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 10) in Hyderabad. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation and bids must be submitted electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) portal. Items being procured: - Installation of 3000 RFT R.C.C Pipe Line 24" Dia at UC-155 & 156 Village New Karan Khan Shoro & Vikio Palari (Phase 10) The scope includes excavation in hard soils, laying RCC pipes with rubber ring joints, providing fence guards and temporary crossings, cement concrete works, fabrication and installation of steel reinforcement, manufacturing and supplying RCC manhole covers, refilling excavated material, and related civil works. The contract duration is 12 months. Bidders must have active NTN and Sales Tax registration, be on the FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), registered with Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), and have completed at least two similar works in the last two years with supporting completion certificates. Financial soundness must be demonstrated by submitting bank statements for the last three years. An affidavit on E-stamp paper confirming no blacklisting or litigation is mandatory. Tender fee of Rs.3000/- and bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted via Pay Order or Call Deposit in favor of Executive Engineer Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Scanned copies must be uploaded on E-PADS and original instruments submitted before bid opening. Bids will be opened on 06-11-2026 at 12:00 Noon at the office of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives.
